Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on gaming products at customer locations. You will manage parts inventory and support ticket systems while traveling to sites as required.

Under supervision of Field Service management, you will learn product operation, perform safety procedures, and maintain clear communication with customers and team members to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electronics and one year electrical/electronics experience is required.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform preventive maintenance on L&W products.
• Move, load, unload, and transport products to customer sites.
• Maintain part inventory and manage tickets using Service Max and Zinc.
• Learn and understand L&W/gaming products and how they operate.
• Interact with customers professionally and support fellow technicians.
