Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician to support installation, maintenance, and repair of gaming equipment at customer sites. You will troubleshoot issues, manage inventories, and ensure safe operation of EGMs and related products across venues.

The role requires a technical background, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel on short notice. Prior service experience and gaming knowledge are a plus, with on-site and field duties including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Technical background with electronics; basic troubleshooting skills required.
• One year electrical/electronics experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Gaming card or ability to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and transport L&W products to customer sites.
• Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform PM on EGMs and related products.
• Maintain accurate part inventory and document activity.
• Learn and support L&W gaming products and operations.
