Job summary

Light & Wonder in Los Angeles seeks a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot and maintain electronic gaming machines and related hardware in casino environments. You will travel to sites, perform PMs on EGMs, Coolsign, signage, and utility products, and manage parts inventory under supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, PPE usage, and customer-facing professionalism, with required driver’s license, gaming card eligibility, and HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Valid gaming card (or ability to obtain one).
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Technical/Military Training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and transport L&W products to customer sites.
• Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform PM on EGMs and related products.
• Maintain accurate part inventory.
• Learn and understand L&W gaming products and operation.
• Use Service Max and Zinc to manage tickets and parts.
• Wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
