Qualifications

• Food Handler’s card required within 30 days of employment.
• Lead experience at a Trident location for a minimum of 3+ years.
• HS Diploma or equivalent or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Cook with food preparation and galley operations.
• Learn and perform different galley roles under supervision.
• Perform routine food prep, cleaning, inventory, and dishwashing.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work area and follows safety policies.
• Assist with training and ensuring environmental/safety policies are followed.
