Trident Seafoods in Alaska seeks a Dining Hall Foreperson II to support the Head Cook in food preparation and buffet service for employees and crew. You will learn and supervise galley operations, help with prep, cleaning, and inventory, while upholding safety and environmental policies.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and to follow training. Prior foreperson experience at a Trident location is preferred, with a Food Handler’s card due

Qualifications

• Experience as Foreperson I at a Trident location in the past year.
• Food Handler’s card; requirement within 30 days of employment.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; college/technical certificate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Food preparation and supervision of mess hall staff.
• Learn galley roles under supervision of the Cook (Head Cook).
• Perform cleaning, dishwashing, baking, restocking, and inventory tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow training procedures.

Formation

HS Diploma or equivalent

One year certificate from college or technical school

Food Handlers card; within 30 days
