Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Food Handler’s card; required within 30 days of employment.
• Has worked in a Key position at a Trident location for a minimum of 2 years

Responsibilities

• Prepare food under the guidance of Head Cook.
• Be flexible and learn different galley roles under supervision.
• Food prep, cleaning, dishwashing, baking, restocking, inventory counts.
• Perform routine deep cleaning of cooking area.
• Washes dishes and cookware, cleans tables and floors, empties trash.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
