Qualifikationen

• Food Handler’s card required within 30 days of employment
• Minimum 2 years in a Key position at a Trident location

Aufgaben

• Prepare food under the guidance of Head Cook
• Demonstrate flexibility and learn different galley roles under supervision
• Food prep, cleaning, dishwashing, baking, restocking, inventory counts
• Perform routine deep cleaning of cooking area
• Wash dishes and cookware, clean tables and floors, empty trash
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Acquire knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing trainings
• Report any environmental or safety incidents promptly
