Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a detail-oriented Managers In Training to learn store operations and guest service at our convenient locations. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, rotating shifts to understand the day-to-day business and guest experience.

During training you’ll support the Store Manager, develop leadership skills, and prepare to lead a store team. 40-hour weeks, with varied day/night shifts and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred 1 year leadership in retail/guest service or restaurant.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock and keeping product levels full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations that offer hot food.
• Keep the store clean and maintain coffee and food service areas; delegate tasks as needed.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
