Job summary

CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You'll learn from district leaders and store managers while developing skills in customer care, merchandising, inventory control and leadership to prepare for advancement within the CVS market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A four-year college degree is preferred or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor is preferred.
