CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT), a development role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced program combines virtual and hands-on learning, guided by a district leader, HR BP, training store manager, and your store manager coach.

This full-time role requires leadership, strong communication, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written to lead a team.
• Ability to perform customer care duties delivering high service levels.
• Experience executing merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Experience managing store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
