This 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on learning with your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach to guide your growth toward leadership.

The SMIT role emphasizes communication, customer service, merchandising, and inventory management to drive store profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Deliver high levels of customer service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets for profitability.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leadership experiences to support promotion.
• Support store as a management team member and lead per CVS policies.
• Engage colleagues in CVS's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
• Willingness to transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores in the market.
• Work schedule may vary based on business needs.
