Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused path designed to prepare participants for future CVS Store Manager roles. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on experiences led by a district leader, HR partner, and Store Manager coach.

SMIT participants will develop leadership skills, learn merchandising strategies, and gain proficiency in customer care, inventory management, and policy-adherent

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

Participate in a 16‑week self-paced, collaborative training to prepare for Store Manager role.
Engage in virtual and hands-on learning with support from District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.
Demonstrate CVS values and policies while supporting store leadership responsibilities.
Be willing to relocate/promote to Store Manager roles within designated market as opportunities arise.
