Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program to cultivate future store leadership. The 16‑week, self-paced training blends virtual and hands‑on learning with mentorship from the District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

As an SMIT you will develop in merchandising, customer service, inventory control and leadership, with promotion to Store Manager contingent on performance and openings in the market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16‑week self-paced program to prepare for Store Manager role.
• Engage with District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.
• Lead in line with CVS values and policies and support store profitability.
