CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training with both virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will learn from a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach to grow as a leader. The role emphasizes strong communication, customer care, merchandising execution, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience.
• Ability to transfer within market to different CVS Pharmacy stores.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion.
• Support your store as part of the management team and lead per CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in supporting the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
• Willingness to promote to Store Manager at any location in the market.
• Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the market.
• Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
