Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

You will gain leadership experience, develop in-store merchandising, customer service, and inventory management skills, with a path to promotion in your market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience.
• Willingness to relocate within designated market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store team as part of the SMIT program.
• Assist in merchandising execution to drive store sales growth.
• Support customer care and service excellence.
• Assist in inventory management and asset control to maintain profitability.
