Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative program blends virtual and hands-on learning to build leadership capabilities.

You will be guided by a District Leader, HR partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach as you gain experience, with promotion to store leadership based on performance and market needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion during the structured program.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market you work in.
