Job summary

CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training blends virtual and hands-on experiences to develop your leadership skills.

You’ll work with a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to build readiness for promotion and assume management responsibilities in designated markets. Full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher encouraged.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is a plus.
• Four year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the store team as part of the management group.
• Engage with leaders to support growth toward promotion.
• Represent CVS values in daily store leadership and operations.
• Contribute to merchandise execution and inventory control.
