CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The 16-week program blends virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

A four-year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. The anticipated 40-hour work week, full-time schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the role.
