CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to groom future CVS Store Managers. The 16-week, self-paced training blends virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Participants will learn to lead, manage merchandising, care for customers, and grow store profitability while aligning with CVS values and market needs. Eligible for full-time benefits and career growth in CVS markets.
