Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. This full-time program is designed to prepare you for future store leadership.

The SMIT program runs over 16 weeks with a mix of virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by a District Leader, HR Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to help you grow as a leader.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is relevant.
• Willingness to relocate/promote within the designated market.

Responsibilities

• Support the store leadership team and participate in the SMIT program.
• Collaborate with the District Leader, HRBP, and Store Manager coach.
• Help execute merchandising strategies to grow sales and maintain inventory.
• Prepare for promotion to Store Manager as opportunities arise.
