CVS Health seeks candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This development role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager through a 16‑week, self‑paced training with virtual and hands‑on experiences.

You'll be supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach as you build leadership skills toward promotion. Anticipated 45 hours weekly, full‑time, pay range $18.50–$28.67 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; four-year college degree considered.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead store team during SMIT program.
• Participate in 16-week self-paced training toward Store Manager role.
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets.
• Deliver high levels of customer service.
