Job summary

CVS Health is recruiting for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program combines virtual and hands-on training over 16 weeks, supported by district leaders, HR, and coaching from Store Managers.

Ideal candidates will have High School diploma or GED and retail management experience. The role offers full-time hours with a typical pay range of $18.50–$28.67 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred for the role.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership to provide excellent customer service and care.
• Execute merchandising strategies to drive store sales growth.
• Assist in managing store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Participate in the 16-week SMIT training to prepare for Store Manager responsibilities.
