CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The 16‑week, self-paced and collaborative training covers virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

The role emphasizes leadership development, merchandising, customer care, and profitability. Eligible candidates complete the program with potential promotion to store leadership and comprehensive

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience considered in lieu.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Engage with leaders in learning experiences to support your path to promotion.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead per CVS values.
