Job summary

CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future store leaders through a self-paced, collaborative learning path over 16 weeks. The program blends virtual and hands-on experiences to grow leadership skills and business acumen.

You will be supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach as you prepare for promotion to a CVS Store Manager role within your designated market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a four-year college degree preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a self-paced, collaborative 16-week training to develop leadership skills.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead in alignment with CVS values and policies.
• Engage with your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to support your development and promotion path.
• Lead in daily store operations and contribute to achieving merchandising and profitability goals.
