CVS Health Corporation in California is launching the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position.

The SMIT program blends self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, with both virtual and hands-on experiences. You will be supported by a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach as you grow into store leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.
• Ability to transfer to other CVS locations within market.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team as part of development toward Store Manager.
• Support store operations with customer care and service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
