Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged; Spanish desirable.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, evaluating, promoting, and disciplining team members.
• Support store manager with safety training and scheduling; ensure payroll accuracy.
