You will work with the store manager and district leadership to supervise staff, conduct training, and drive performance, while learning the essentials of store management and daily profitability.

The program emphasizes hands-on experience in recruitment, scheduling, budget oversight, and customer service, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Support recruiting, interviewing and performance evaluations.
• Train new team members and participate in hiring processes.
• Ensure safety compliance and training across the team.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and KPI monitoring.
• Assist in area of store operations and gross profit management.
