Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in areas of sales, appearance, and overall operations of store.
• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote, discipline and discharge team members.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and interviewing; ensure qualified candidates.
• Support safety compliance and training for all staff.
• Make sales calls and manage weekly customer calls when assigned.
• Oversee delivery fleet and maintain records; monitor KPI dashboard.
• Review monthly P&L and discuss opportunities with store manager.
