CVS Health is building a world of health around every individual. The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program develops you for a CVS Store Manager role over 16 weeks, with self-paced, collaborative training delivered through virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will be guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to grow leadership capabilities and prepare for promotion within the market.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer care experience to deliver high levels of service.
• Ability to execute merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Experience managing store inventory and assets.
