Job summary

CVS Health seeks highly motivated individuals for the Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a self-paced, collaborative 16-week training with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will work with a support team including District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach, building leadership skills and readiness for promoted roles within the designated market.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer service experience or aptitude viewed favorably.
• Experience in retail or store operations is a plus.
• CVS Supervisor experience or retail management exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist store leadership in daily operations.
• Participate in a structured 16‑week SMIT training program.
• Contribute to merchandising strategies to drive store sales.
• Help manage inventory and assets to protect profitability.
