Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. The 16-week, self-paced training develops you toward a CVS Store Manager role with both virtual and hands-on experiences. You’ll work with a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to build leadership skills.

You will gain exposure to store operations, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management while preparing for promotion according to market needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or experience as CVS Supervisor.
• Willingness to relocate within designated market.
• Schedule may vary based on business needs.
• Anticipated weekly hours: 40.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop the store team through the SMIT program.
• Lead in-store operations including merchandising and customer service.
• Oversee store inventory and assets to drive profitability.
• Engage with leadership and participate in growth toward Store Manager.
