Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; four-year college degree may be considered for advancement.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is preferred.
• Ability to transfer to stores within the designated market and to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week, self-paced training to prepare for Store Manager duties.
• Collaborate with District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
• Lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies while engaging your colleagues.
• Support store operations in merchandising, customer care, and inventory management.
