CVS Health seeks a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program spans 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on learning, supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

The SMIT is designed to enhance your leadership path by engaging in key experiences to prepare you for promotion within the market. Selection depends on performance, readiness and openings; promotion is not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor preferred.
• Willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager role.
• Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the market.
• Schedule may vary based on business needs.
• Arrest/conviction records considered as per laws.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
