Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop leadership skills for a future CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced training blends virtual and hands-on experiences with District Leaders, HR, and coaching Store Managers.

Successful SMIT participants demonstrate strong communication, customer care, and merchandising execution while preparing for market-wide promotions and store leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Provide high levels of customer care in daily store operations.
• Execute merchandising strategies to drive store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities
