CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you for a future CVS Store Manager role. It combines self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will work with a district leader, HRBP, training store manager, and your store manager coach to grow leadership skills and readiness for promotion as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience considered.
