CVS Health in the United States is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The 16‑week, self-paced and collaborative training combines virtual and hands‑on experiences with guidance from a District Leader, HR BP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Selected SMITs gain leadership skills, participate in structured learning experiences, and prepare for advancement within CVS locations.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Retail management or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
