Job summary

Equifax is seeking Spring 2027 graduates for the Sales Rotational Development Program (RDP) within USIS. You will rotate through multiple sales roles, work closely with senior leaders, and receive formal training to accelerate your career in sales.

The program includes 3-4 rotations of about 6–8 months each, exposure to leadership, mentorship, and a learning environment to master the sales lifecycle while supporting a fast-paced business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a strong focus or interest in Sales.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
• High-energy self-starter with leadership, teamwork, and client-first service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exposure to senior leaders and mentoring opportunities during the 2-year program.
• Undergo formalized training to learn sales, our business solutions, and how to apply them to customer problems.
• Complete 3-4 rotations of 6-8 months each to gain diverse sales experience.
• Be placed in sales positions within the business unit after the program, based on performance and interests.
