Job summary

Equifax, Inc. in Atlanta invites Spring 2027 graduates to join the Sales Rotational Development Program. This two-year full-time track accelerates careers by exposing you to multiple sales disciplines and leadership development opportunities.

You will rotate every 6–8 months across business development, inside/field sales, customer success, and partner sales, with mentoring from senior leaders and formal training on our solutions to solve customer business problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Spring 2027 graduate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year rotational program across sales disciplines.
• Receive mentoring from senior leaders and formal training on sales solutions.
• Complete 6–8 month rotations in: Business Development, Inside/Field Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Sales.
• Gain exposure to the full sales lifecycle to identify career growth areas.
• Program concludes with placement into a sales role within the business unit.
