Job summary

IPFS Corporation is seeking individuals for a Leadership Development Program designed to rotate through multiple internal and external operations and sales departments. The program provides hands-on training and mentorship to prepare Associates for roles within our financial services business.

Participants gain exposure to strategic assignments, customer relationship management, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements while developing soft skills through dedicated seminars.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or 1-2 years of work experience
• Flexibility to travel during the Program
• Willingness to relocate after the Program, based on business need
• Detail oriented, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Customer service Skills, focusing on both internal and external clients

Responsibilities

• The Leadership Development Program is an 8-to-14-month rotational program designed to prepare Associates for roles within our financial services company.
• Associates will gain hands-on training by rotating through internal and external operations and sales departments.
• Participants receive mentoring from tenured colleagues and contribute to developing strategies for customer relationships.
