Job summary

Equifax, Inc. is seeking Spring 2027 graduates for a Sales Rotational Development Associate program in Atlanta.

The two-year program rotates through Sales, Leadership, and Customer-Facing roles, with in-office collaboration four days a week and Friday remote work, starting June 7, 2027. Participants gain exposure to senior leaders, formal training, and multiple work rotations to develop core sales, business development, and client-management skills, positioning them for future leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (Spring 2027 graduate).
• Direct start on June 7, 2027 for full-time employment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with leadership, teamwork, and client-first service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 3-4 6-8 month rotations across sales roles.
• Access senior leaders and formal training from industry experts.
• Develop and apply critical skills for the sales lifecycle.
• Prospect for new business and manage relationships to meet goals.
