Job summary

Equifax is seeking Spring 2027 graduates for its Sales Rotational Development Program based in Atlanta. The two-year, four-rotation program accelerates careers by exposing you to senior leaders and formal training in sales, solutions, and customer problems.

You will rotate through 3–4 assignments, ~6–8 months each, to build broad experience before selecting a specialization. A strong start on June 7, 2027, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (Spring 2027 graduate) with focus or interest in Sales.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Sales Rotational Development Program to gain exposure to senior leaders.
• Receive formalized training on sales, solutions, and how to apply them to customer problems.
• Complete multiple 6–8 month work rotations across sales functions.
• Develop critical skills for the sales lifecycle and identify areas for growth.
• Potential placement in various sales roles within the business unit after program.
