You will work with your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to grow leadership skills, merchandising execution, and inventory management. The program supports promotion to store leadership in the designated market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Retail management or CVS supervision experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 16-week SMIT training to prepare for Store Manager role.
• Lead store team and ensure customer service, merchandising, and assets are well managed.
• Coordinate with District Leader and Store Manager coach for development.
• Be prepared to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.
