Job summary

CVS Health is recruiting for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a 16-week development track designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The program blends virtual and hands-on learning with support from a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager and your Store Manager coach.

As a participant, you will lead in a team, execute customer care, merchandising, and inventory management while aligning with CVS values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A four-year college degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience a plus.
• Willingness to promote within the market.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the SMIT program to develop into a store leader.
• Lead and support the team with clear communication and guidance.
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
