CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in the United States. This development role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a self-paced, 16‑week training, with virtual and hands‑on experiences to build leadership capabilities.

You’ll work with a support network including your District Leader and Store Manager coach, gaining experience in communication, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management while pursuing growth to a full store leadership role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; four‑year college degree beneficial.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.
• Willingness to promote to Store Manager roles in the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store operations as part of the Store Manager In Training program.
• Collaborate with District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to develop leadership skills.
• Support merchandising, customer service, and inventory control to drive store performance.
