Job summary

CVS Health is recruiting for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role in the designated market. This development-focused program runs 16 weeks and blends virtual and hands-on learning to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position.

You will work with a District Leader, HR partner and Store Manager coach, with a 40-hour week and promotional potential based on performance and openings.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication to lead the team.

• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leadership during the 16-week SMIT program to support promotion pathways.

• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
