Job summary

CVS Health is launching a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a future CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced training includes virtual and hands-on experiences guided by district leaders, HR, and your Store Manager coach.

Successful SMIT associates engage with leadership, adapt to promotions within the designated market, and work full-time with a typical 45-hour week and competitive pay. CVS Health offers comprehensive benefits for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.
• Four-year college degree may be substituted with relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead store team as part of the Store Manager in Training program.
• Engage with leadership to develop toward Store Manager role.
• Help implement merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Assist in inventory and asset management to maintain profitability.
