• Coach and develop team to achieve certifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Ensure safe restaurant environment and report repairs.
• Provide feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manage turnover through hiring and training.
• Prepare food for guests and training; handle cash register when needed.
