Job summary

RTX offers a rotation-based HR program where participants spend time as an HR Partner and a COE member, with opportunities to relocate across RTX cities and states to broaden business exposure and leadership skills.

Accepted candidates will have a Master's degree in HR-related fields and demonstrated leadership. The program includes comprehensive benefits and a broad scope of responsibilities across commercial, military, and government sectors.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Labor Relations, I/O Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Willing and able to move anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Rotation role & responsibilities will vary and align with a model that allows participants to experience one rotation as an HR Partner (Employee Partner or Business Partner) and one rotation as a member of a Community of Expertise (COE).
• Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in program to broaden exposure and develop leadership and business acumen.
