RTX Corporation offers a two-year Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) in Aerospace/Mechanical disciplines. You will rotate across U.S. locations, receive hands-on engineering experience, training, and mentoring to prepare for leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or related STEM major.
• Willing and able to relocate to RTX locations across the U.S. for 8-month assignments.
• Experience with mechanical design or CAD tools and engineering calculations.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month rotational assignments across various U.S. locations.
• Execute core engineering milestones in mechanical systems design and testing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, systems and program management to define hardware requirements.
• Present technical reviews and simulation data to leadership.
