Job summary

RTX is hosting a summer internship in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) for ambitious students. This role offers hands-on assignments across HR functions and requires relocation to an RTX city/state as part of the development experience.

Candidates must be pursuing a Master’s degree in HR or related fields and demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and strong communication skills. The program blends on-site and remote work with competitive benefits and career growth

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
• Willing and able to move anywhere in the United States
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects

Responsibilities

• Internship roles and responsibilities will vary and align with HR Partners, Global People Services, or Communities of Expertise
• Stretch capabilities with frontline, hands-on assignments
• Relocate to an RTX city/state
• Broaden exposure to the business and develop leadership and business acumen
